Hi All I just called the city and they say "absolutely" you can use your own personal kayaks in the little lake at Victoria park :) The actual Kayak and canoe rentals are NOT done by the City …
Hi All I just called the city and they say "absolutely" you can use your own personal kayaks in the little lake at Victoria park :) The actual Kayak and canoe rentals are NOT done by the City of Kitchener but a separate sub contractor... Just in case anyone else wanted to know :)

There are several parking lots around the park. I don't think there is a set time, however; to be sure, call City of Kitchener, Parks and Recreation @ 519-741-2345
