So sorry only just seen your question. There are seats in place around the lake or plenty of natural seating in the form of fallen trees on which to sit and eat. Also some grassy areas to picnic but nothing formal as far as I know.

Do you have to pay to go in?
A:
No there is no charge and the car park has a good surface. It is signed from the road. Beautiful quiet walks.

Hi Some one has answere saying narrow paths, steps and tunnels. I think they are confusing this with Biddulph Grange which is another venue. The Country park has varying degrees of walks of which one is negotiable with wheel chairs and if I remeber correctly the signs are indicated on the trees for wheel chairs. There were many push chairs and families with one or two of these which is the same difficulty for pushing. The initial park is quite accessible and so are the toilets and cafe (if open) The rest of the park may be a challenge but the choice is yours. Keith C
