Hi. Sorry I can't help you with children's prices. When I visited I had a group booking. The children would very much enjoy the carvings. I took a lot of photos just so that I could send them back to my grandchildren. The owners are lovely people and I'm sure they would be able to offer a family ticket.

Hi, it would seem that it must have been an extremely busy time when you did your tour, we are sorry you felt 'Herded through' our clients normally do it at their own pace. Very pleased you enjoyed Ron's work he had been creating these art forms for nearly 20 years which is no mean feat. If the theatre's were finished then you are offered the option of going back in the afternoon or next day as the two theatres had DVD's going that you will not find anywhere else and each one goes for 30 minutes. I am sorry you felt that you were rushed it would possibly be a good idea to have mentioned that to the guide you were with as we strive to give everyone a really enjoyable experience if you ever return to the Ridge then talk to Trevor or Cody. All our brochures state if not satisfied we will refund your money on the day. So sincere apologies we rarely have complaints.

On the day of our tour I must admit there were quite a few people and they had two large groups. Our guide gave us the tour of the mine and commentary and then we did the sculptures and paintings at our leisure. My husband went through in the same direction to the exit and then we turned back and did it the other way and captured things we missed and saw things from a different perspective. We did that at our leisure. We found that we have the grounds to ourselves as most people had left. Once we were done we left and the bus was waiting for us outside. We were the last to leave and at no time were we asked to hurry up they just let us be. We loved this attraction and would happily do it again.
