Join us for an extraordinary wilderness sightseeing experience on the famous Bow River only 5 minutes from downtown Banff! We launch at the base of Bow Falls near the Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Course. During our river journey, we travel approximately 7 km down the Bow River past Bow Falls encountering excellent views of Sleeping Buffalo, Cascade and Tunnel Mountains. The natural scenery is fantastic with water birds and wild flowers being abundant on the banks of the river. We occasionally spot wildlife too! We float past the Hoodoos and land the rafts at the towering north face of Mount Rundle. Our shuttle bus will return you to your starting point on a scenic ten-minute mountain meadow drive.

Our Caravan tour had a great float down the river. It was a beautiful sunny day but not too hot. Lots of great sights and views. Great to see the Hoodoo's.Full review by Lee L

Q:
We are hoping to kayak one of the three sections of the Bow and aren't sure which one might be safest. Is there a tour we could join for safety. We have plenty of experience with rivers but it might be wiser to join a group. Is the portage around the class 3 long? What is the CFS average around the second week in July? Any info help would be apprieciated. Thanks Rick
A:
Sorry, all we know is about the nice gentle floating raft tour we took on the Bow River....definitely not exciting enough for you!
Q:
Can we pay the day of our trip by Visa or Mastercard?
A:
We prepaid for our trip. I'd contact the raft company directly. Sorry I cannot be more helpful
