We did 2 tours. One was $10, the Mable Tour. And the other is the John tour at $30. I believe you can do a self tour of the grounds and parts of the main floor on your own, when there aren't any other tours going on. And you don't have to pay anything. Definitely cost nothing to tour the grounds.
