We caught 20-25 fish! So fun and we got lots of bites! Captain Lawrence is the best! He was very professional with following up and directions. We tipped him because he earned it! Full review by Jennifer J

I do, but the best time to fly fish is Spring(April, May) and Fall (Sept, Oct, Nov) when we have high flood tides, the water is cooler, and the Redfish are tailing up in the grass. We can sight fish for them. In other times of the year you would be blind casting in similar areas that we are catching fish with bait. You have a shot at catching fish but that can get tiresome casting all day in hopes that a fish be there and take what we are offering. Hope this helps, L. Piper

I don't mind them that young, however there attention span tends to fall off after about 30 minutes of fishing. His dad won't get in a whole lot of fishing. IF you want the excursion for the 4 1/2 year old, I'd suggest let's do a 2 hour "Creatures of Amelia" tour. I can take all three of you on a boat ride, historical tour, and also see some wildlife. Knowing that, I set out crab traps the day before the trip. We haven't got skunked yet! I usually have some live bait left over from morning fishing trip so the kids can play with that. IF you want to get some fishing done, I'd recommend sending Dad by himself. We could mix the trip - 3 hours of fishing, come back to the dock, and pick up you and your son for a 1 hour tour. Thanks, hope this helps. L.Piper
