Hi ! August is in nice time to visit. May to Sept is the busy tourist season. No need to book Months in advance. I advise you check out the weather on arrival and book your tour a few days in advance. The tour company is Great Adventures and if you book another tour they give 10% discount. If you are an outdoors type, they run Canyoning Tours at 2 great locations as well as Reef trips. I have not been on the Canyoning tours but often swim / hike in the gorges around these locations.
