I asked for a design plan and was held hostage for months waiting for it...I was told they would make a plan, send it to me...I would pay for it and be refunded for the plan when installation was donā€¦Full review by Matt Basham

I asked to have a plan developed to submit to my HOA and it was grossly inadequate. I would really appreciate some responsiveness from your planner but I really do not trust him.Full review by Joe Pace
