The views of downtown Seattle are quite lovely from this park. However, the park needs some attention. Trash and general neglect make for a less than impressive experience.Full review by luv4phood

we parked near and had a short walk to start looking around lots of things to see and enjoyed the walk up to the hill and enjoy the views would go againFull review by chezr2014

Small park with a few paths (some paved, some stone). Easy walking with nice views of downtown. Would be a good place to walk a dog.Full review by Icarus4335

Im not sure, but as there are no fences around the park I would think you could go there any time. Cool view.

We actually walked from downtown! It's a long walk, but beautiful sights along the way!!
