When are guided tours offered? The website does not have this information, and from the reviews, it seems this is key to having a great visit. I'd hate to miss a guided tour because I visited at the 'wrong' time.

Unfortunately the phone number for the museum only provides a phone tree with a recorded message about admission fees, a line to the gift shop, and a line to the person who books the space for weddings and the like. It's been difficult to get information - will have to try the gift shop, I suppose, and hope they will know.
I read it cost extra to ride the train can you offer cost 2019 pricing? And were does the 30 min ride take you? We just went on a "ride" and all we did was pull up, switch tracks, back up and return so if you can offer some more information I would be greatful. Regards Susan

What times are the guided tours and train rides and are you required to do the orientation thing? I have a 1 year old who may not sit still. This is our first visi.
