Not directly. But if you go their just about any weekend there are many horse farms etc that are their with their students. The competitions are very lay back and friendly. If you just want to see some young kids with their horses for free this is the place. If you are looking for a riding stable etc. I would suggest that you contact Rolling Hills Saddle Club as they are the organization that can put you in touch with the right people for your want. Ask them when the next event is at Willis park. It is a great thing to do for free.
