There aren't really hours of operation if you're interested in looking at the architecture and the buildings themselves. However, a number of vendors do operate out of the …

There aren't really hours of operation if you're interested in looking at the architecture and the buildings themselves. However, a number of vendors do operate out of the heritage village (artisans, crafts, and such). If you're interested in these, visit in the afternoon/evening as they're not open during the mornings. There are quite a few restaurants/take away shops in the area, again mainly open in the afternoon/evening. Hope this helps.
