Do i have to make a reservation, purchase a guide or can i just go! Also is it safe for an infant child who will be carried?

you don’t need a reservation nor a guide. there’s parking on the premises, $10. I do NOT recommend taking an infant child since it is very slippery and there’s lots of stairs and steep tracks.

I understand that it will be open. if you could not pay for parking, there are places outside where you can park. I live near there and that is what we all do in the area. It's a beautiful place.
