Well it's a very big Lake. But I'm not a sailor. Plenty of docks and slips and associated facilities in Newport. But it's very North. Long winter. Quiet. I'd visit before re-locating. Good luck!

There are lakefront cabins for rent along this lake depending if you want a cabin on the USA side or the Canadian side. You wont be disappointed.
