Yes there is an AUDIOGUIDE in English, ask in the counters to adjust if for you, "audioguía" in Spanish (in this Museum of Archeology, and in all the major Spanish national museums). It is very near from Prado Museum (a must,), so it makes sense if you want to see both museums, to pick up bus 27 down the Paseo de la Castellana. Right in front of Prado is the Thyssen Museum. It is documented in the Museum Website

You can purchase the ticket at the door, they are 3€. Free on Saturdays after 2pm and free on Sunday mornings.
