If you will be on Orkney during the Summer solstice, then it really doesn’t matter which specific place you choose there. The midsummer sun lingers for hours, so you will have plenty of time to choose the place. Plus, there are many Neolithic sites to choose in the Stenness area so you can easily move from the Ring of Brodgar to the of Stones of Stenness within minutes, for example.
