Kovai Medical Center Research and Educational Trust is a non-profitable Voluntary Organization established in 1990. Dr.N.G.P. Arts and Science College is a unit of the Trust which was established in the year 1997 with Dr.Nalla G. Palaniswami, as the Chairman and Dr.Thavamani D. Palaniswami, as the Managing Trustee.The College offers 28 Undergraduate courses, 15 Postgraduates courses, M.Phil programmes (PT/FT) in 12 disciplines, and Ph.D programmes (PT/FT) in 11 disciplines, 05 PG Diploma courses, 07 diploma courses and 05 certificate courses.
