On our visit, I didn't see any info about snake handling, but there was a tented area in the children's play area where the staff members brought out reptiles in boxes for the visitors to get a closer look and touch them, the staff are very helpful and informative why not call them direct at the zoo and ask if snake handling experiences are available. I did see a sign saying that for £??? You can be a ''zoo keeper for the day ': so it may be worth enquiring before you visit.

My son has low immunity so we didn’t handle the animals or take part in any experiences. Having said that there was a list. If you call them I’m sure they would let you know

How far away is the bus stop plz

The bus stop is right outside the college / zoo but the bus is only once a day for college students (or very early rising public!) arriving about 8.45am Mon to Fri olny
