Call hotel varanasi in Cartagena they have the contact number or book your stay as i did in that nice and affordable hotel and the front desk associates can arrange the tour for you hassle free as they did for my wife and i during our honeymoon stay. If you book Varanasi Hotel Boutique, when you get to the airport, you can actually walk to the hotel because its just 1 block☺️ so dont pay a taxi because the driver himself is going to tell you! You could have just saved 11k cop by just walking i couldnt beleive it how close it is. When you fet to cartagena , specially to the wall city, DO NOT start buying things vendors offer right away, unless you want to get ripped off on the prices they try to charge you( some of them, like an old man selling hats) . Get familiar first with the prices, so it doesnt happen to you like it happened to me

I booked it with Viator as the middle man but the direct tour company is called "This IS Cartagena" and they are wonderful. I have a separate review for their historic city sightseeing tour. Great tour guide, very organized. I can't remember the specific name of the resort that it took us to but it was perfectly fine. They fed us a buffet lunch consisting of fried fish, coconut rice, plantains, and salad. They had coffee available as well. I remember pool tables for play. The beach was small but beautiful. A few watersports available and a beach volleyball net. Optional snorkeling (colorful fish but nothing too exciting). Enjoy!

It's no big deal to just go to the port. It's in town, you might just have to take a taxi there.
