I would guess that it is not so important - when we went, mid April, it was relatively quiet. Our hotel said that many of the museums that are away from the main tourist areas (such …

I would guess that it is not so important - when we went, mid April, it was relatively quiet. Our hotel said that many of the museums that are away from the main tourist areas (such as St Marks Square) have the facility to book in advance but often it is not needed. Having said that, I know that Venice is starting to get busy and I cannot say what next month will be like. The Museum Pass gets you into these museums without having to queue - worth getting if you are going to a number during your stay. There are two others that the Museum Pass gets you into only a few minutes walk from Ca' Pesaro.
