It still does not explain why its still 3x more than advertised. It's a rip off. If they had the show at a reasonable price I'm sure it would be full every night.

They don't feed you automatically at the show so you would not have problems with dumplings. Ordering food is extra. We ate outside before the show. Most dumplings are made with wheat flour, unless you source them from some expat that has a specialized business catering to people with Celiac.

We didn't have a menu ,our meal may of been different because it was packaged with the show ,sorted by our tour guide. But we had a mixture of meat , vegetables and fish steamed and boiled dumplings,plus a vegetarian soup and salad ,plus Chinese tea . If you let them know in advance they should accommodate your needs.
