An easy trail with lovely scenery along the path to the falls-a lot of mossy rocks and flowers. There aren’t any difficult elevation gains, mostly gentle inclines. Ramona Falls are a beautiful cascad… Full review by 998jillianf

Since it is not a difficult crossing, in my opinion the only thing to look out for is dry weather -- the logs could be slippery when it rains.

The river is good at the moment, of course, as she is a very dynamic force it could be different by September. Crossing the river is fine for the level it is now. We took our 4 yr old grandson on this hike and we could cross with him with no trouble. There are logs over the river to cross. I think I posted pictures up on my review. If not, I will see if I can do so.
