Difficult to say - the exhibition was good, but we only took just over an hour. It was a reasonably quiet day (weekday out of school holidays so that allowed us to move more freely), however we haven't been to Pompeii so can't compare. Have been to plenty of other historical sites around the world with Pompeii still on the list. Sorry, can't be any more help than that.
At least two hours. On several occasions we have spent a whole day there, including having lunch at the lovely cafe (with its superb view of the lake) and taking a walk around the grounds.
