Wasn't open so couldn't go in, but it was interesting as it is so small (the local houses are taller) and there is also a good view of the forth rail bridge. Plenty of info boards about the local are…Full review by THISISNOTRIGH

is it suitable for my 5 year old son?
A:
Yes the lighthouse is very suitable no more than 10 steps and he can see the lamp and the see out the glass . there is a bit of history at the foot of the stairs
