There is absolutely no accommodation for handicapped or the elderly. You have to try to walk down a dangerously slopped concrete walk to get to the creek and bridge. Then you have to walk up the horr… Full review by Jim C

maybe a 10 minute walk. yes, there are picnic area. not sure if they are covered. plenty of area to set a blanket down near water and enjoy your food
