I never saw any signs prohibiting dogs, but it's a very small space and everyone is trying to be still and quiet so the birds will come. If your dog is small and could sit quietly on your lap, that might work, but if your dog can't be still and quiet I think it would not be welcome. It's just such a small space; there is one feeding area in front of the house, and one feeding area in a very small back yard behind the house. There are seats and benches under a tent in the backyard, but not much room for a dog.
