A lovely zoo of smaller animals except for the polar bears. Visiting in winter it is very cold so do wrap up warm, the polar bears are very active though so well worth visiting. As the day progresses…Full review by Sam N

As far as I am aware, there is still a booking system in place, at least for time slots. Have a look at their website, it’s an easy process to book both times lots and tickets. Hope this helps.
Hi if you go to all the animal talks and feeding probably all day, especially if the weather is nice then you can just relax near the play areas whilst they play to their hearts content.
