WELCOME TO LIFE & BALANCE We’re a Yoga Studio and Wellness Center located in the scenic Hudson Valley, at 1065 Main Street, within the historic Village of Fishkill, New York. Life in Balance was established in 2011 by a long time wellness enthusiast and entrepreneur, along with several Yoga Teachers and Wellness Professionals, who wanted to create a unique studio that enhanced the Yoga experience for both students and teachers alike. Our students range from the beginner to the novice, the young and not so young, the fit and those looking to get in shape. Together the instructors and students at Life in Balance enjoy practicing Yoga in one of the most well equipped studios in Dutchess County.
