There are some called Pyramid Ranch hot springs that are a ways from Pyramid Lake, not the ones right on the lake. If you follow Surprise Valley Rd until you get to a little oasis! There is a pool or two on your right, but those aren't great for swimming. A bit further on your left, there is a pull out where you can camp just a bit away from the most swimmable spring. It's fun! Check out google maps, it is called Round Hole Spring on the map.
