Detroit Township is a township in Becker County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 2,033 as of the 2010 census. Detroit Township was organized in 1871. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 28.2 square miles, of which 23.6 square miles is land and 4.6 square miles, or 16.33%, is water.
