Back in 2005, Big Meech and BMF, which was co-founded by his brother Terry Lee “Southwest Tee” Flenory, were both indicted under the Continuing Criminal Enterprise Statute and each was sentenced to 30 years in prison. They were accused of making $270 million from drug trafficking during their run.

Details have emerged as Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory has been released from federal custody into a halfway house. According to TMZ, the Detroit native was transferred to finish out his sentence under the conditions that he will be supervised for 5 years and participate in a substance abuse program which may include drug and alcohol testing.
