Enbridge's (NYSE:ENB) plan to build a protective tunnel around part of its Line 5 pipeline in the Straits of Mackinac connecting Lake Michigan and Lake Huron is allowed to continue, after the project's permits were upheld Wednesday by the Michigan Court of Appeals.
