CINCINNATI — Bengals linebacker Germaine Pratt was fined $22,511 for unnecessary roughness after delivering a helmet-to-helmet hit on Steelers running back Najee Harris in Cincinnati's season finale. The infraction occurred during Cincinnati’s Week 18 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers when Pratt lowered his helmet while making a tackle on Steelers running back Najee Harris.
