The Gulf Coast is bracing for a rare winter storm that will bring heavy snow and dangerous cold Tuesday. Northeast Ohio, along with most of the country, is gearing up for an arctic blast early next week, bringing the coldest air we've seen so far this season.

Winter Storm Enzo is already impacting portions of the U.S. South and could drop several inches of snow in spots not typically accustomed to snow and ice.
