TEHAMA COUNTY, Calif. — The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning in Tehama County Friday evening. The tornado warning is issued in the communities of Manton and Paynes in the northern part of the county along with Shingletown in Shasta County. Quarter-size hail is possible in those areas, the NWS said.
