Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday claimed that the Constitution is "under attack" by the BJP as he accused the saffron party of controlling institutions such as the Election Commission, bureaucracy and central agencies.

Rahul Gandhi asserted that the BJP is undermining the Constitution by controlling institutions like the Election Commission, CBI, and judiciary. He vowed that the caste census and removing the 50 per cent reservation cap are unstoppable.

Jharkhand will undergo polls in two phases – on November 13 and 20. The counting will take place on November 23.

Rahul Gandhi attacked the BJP for allegedly undermining tribal heritage and called for a caste census. He promised to remove the 50% reservation cap if Congress comes to power, and criticized PM Modi for not adequately representing marginalized communities in key institutions.
