The Shelby County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting that left a woman dead on Saturday, Oct. 19, with the suspect fleeing the scene.

A man is identified and arrested after killing 22-year-old Ellie Claire Young of Henning, Tennessee on Saturday at Shelby Farms, according to Shelby County Sheriff’s Office. Jackson Hopper, 26, is charged with first-degree murder.
