On Sunday, the eve of his inauguration, Trump is scheduled to participate in a wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery before heading to a rally at Capital One Arena in Washington. The rally will be followed by a private dinner.

With his grievance-filled speeches and promise of some legally questionable executive orders, Trump began his second term in an aggressive manner.

Trump announced Friday the swearing-in would move from the Capitol steps, where risers and a huge stage had already been erected, into the Capitol rotunda given expected subfreezing temperatures.
