Fort Worth officer arrested for off-duty shooting has been fired, department confirms
FORT WORTH, Texas — The Fort Worth police officer who was suspended after he was arrested for shooting a man while off duty last month was fired Friday, the department confirmed. Officer William Martin was arrested Sept. 20 on complaints of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, police said.
