Four years after he was fired from his position as University of Tennessee head football coach for paying players illegally, Jeremy Pruitt is firing back at UT and the NCAA. Pruitt and his attorneys claimed in their lawsuit the NCAA was protecting the university by making him the “sacrificial lamb” for rule violations.

Jeremy Pruitt is suing the NCAA for $100 million for lost and future wages, accusing the organization of conspiring with the University of Tennessee making him possibly the “last coach in America to be punished for impermissible player benefits.
