Two people were resolving a traffic collision between them on an expressway in northern Hai Duong Province when a car hit them from behind, killing them both.

The Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has issued alerts for Ba Dinh, Bac Tu Liem, Dong Anh, Gia Lam, Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem, Hoang Mai, Long Bien, Tay Ho, and Thanh Tri districts.
