A new Mediterranean restaurant has opened at a boutique hotel in Miami Beach. The Balfour Hotel, formerly The Lord Balfour, is home to Cleo, now open in the South of Fifth neighborhood.

It's part of a larger push toward brick-and-mortar stores, with Dior opening a similar boutique in New York's SoHo neighborhood in late 2024 and the flagship in Costa Mesa, Calif. in April.
