Emergency services were called to a fire involving two canal boats. Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue attended the blaze on the River Nene at Old Towcester Road, Northampton at about 19:50 GMT.
A boat has sunk and blocked a canal in Coventry. West Midlands Fire Service said they were called to the Oxford Canal between bridges four and five on Sunday to search the sunken narrowboat.
