Akola: A female foetus with head and a hand missing was found on the premises of Government Medical College (GMC), Akola, at around 1pm on Monday, tri.

The dog sits with its two puppies following the incident. “The dog had already eaten the (foetus’) hands and feet when it was removed, and was now going for its head,” an eyewitness said.
