Other entrees include boulette (Haitian-style meatballs), griot de porc (fried pork) and poulet en sauce (sauteed chicken stew). Before opening the restaurant, Gedeon had years of experience catering.
The Haitian restaurant is scheduled to open in May. Provided Boulette, Haitian-style meatballs, will be on the menu at Le Gourmet, a new Haitian restaurant opening in May just off Richmond Road.
