BOSTON -- The Institute of Certified Travel Agents said it will broaden its membership base to include industry professionals who have not completed an ICTA certification program.
ICTA certification still requires prescribed coursework and testing, and interested candidates can continue to enroll in both the CTA and CTC programs in the traditional manner.
This new certification is designed to be equally relevant to professionals in B2C (retailer) segment as well as in the B2B (supplier) sector. More program details will be made available in early 2004.
