A dog toy meant to resemble Jack Daniel's whiskey bottles unlawfully associated the liquor maker's brand with "canine excrement," a federal judge in Arizona said on Thursday.

All barrels have Operation Ride Home logo on the top and the Jack Daniel's/Preds logo on the belly. All purchased barrels must be picked up at that location on Jan. 9, 2025, between 9 a.m. and noon.
