A Houston restaurant steward is debating whether to remove unsolicited graffiti from the business's storefront sign.
The city isn’t out to wipe away murals that have come to define Phoenix’s urban landscape, said public information officer Adam Waltz. Graffiti is removed only at the request of a property owner.
