Les Sablons will open in Harvard with Brian Rae, Jeremy Sewall and the Island Creek Oyster Bar team. The Cambridge restaurant is inspired by Paris & London.
Les Sablons—self-described as a restaurant “between London and Paris”—is named after a Paris subway station.
It spans three floors: The Les Sablons kitchen is in the basement, there’s a street level bar and lounge area that seats 50, and a second-floor dining room that seats 100 and also has a bar.
