Additionally, Visio integrates with the Microsoft 365 suite, allowing users to embed diagrams into PowerPoint, Word, or Teams, and store files on OneDrive or SharePoint for easy sharing.

At its Ignite event Wednesday, Microsoft announced that both “Project for the web” (one of several Project versions) and To Do will both be integrated into the new Planner app coming in 2024.

The app is being replaced with a web-based alternative that requires Microsoft 365 and OneDrive logins to continue viewing diagrams for free (or you can pay for a subscription).
